This incredible looking treat certainly makes me want to go grab all of those apples that I picked with my family this last weekend and instead of making the perfect apple crisp, I think it is time to try a baked apple pancake. Yummo! Absolutely, hands down, one of my favorite times of the year due to the beauty of the colorful leaves, the gorgeous weather and the fruit that allow us to make some delicious baked goods.
