LOVE fresh garden tomatoes, who doesn't?

Okay - so maybe you are one of those people that don't care to eat tomatoes, but seriously - don't these look yummy? My kids are all into ketchup and tomato sauce - so why not the real thing? I can't explain it. But even if these don't interest you, I am sure Jim has many other images that can tempt your tummy. Please take a look.

Considering it's the end of the "growing" season - what a yummy plate of food this is with warm pasta and grilled veggies. I think I have just decided what I am having for dinner tonight. Seriously, I don't know if there is anything better than a fresh tomato with basil and warm, crusty bread and maybe a little olive oil drizzled on top. Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm! Fried Green Tomatoes - YUM!!!

And I am not talking about the movie, but I just love, love, love these tomatoes. Must be because my mother is from the South - but truly, if you haven't tasted this before...........now is the time to try. Yummy!!!
