What's for dinner?

Maybe I could get a few more of these garden goodies to make an Eggplant Parm tonight? If not - I am sure that we can figure something out - but wouldn't some of these kinds of fresh veggies be wonderful? If you want some other ideas for dinner - check out some of Jim's work. Lots of ideas.

LOVE fresh garden tomatoes, who doesn't?

Okay - so maybe you are one of those people that don't care to eat tomatoes, but seriously - don't these look yummy? My kids are all into ketchup and tomato sauce - so why not the real thing? I can't explain it. But even if these don't interest you, I am sure Jim has many other images that can tempt your tummy. Please take a look.

Veggies AND pasta - YUM!!

Considering it's the end of the "growing" season - what a yummy plate of food this is with warm pasta and grilled veggies. I think I have just decided what I am having for dinner tonight. I love that Jim and the Boston Globe always can provide dinner ideas. If you'd like other things to consider - please take a look at more of Jim Scherer's work on his portfolio.

Yummy, stopping by a veggie stand today???

Seriously, I don't know if there is anything better than a fresh tomato with basil and warm, crusty bread and maybe a little olive oil drizzled on top. Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm! It has to be one of my favorite things to enjoy over the Summer months. You can see more goodies, just like this by taking a peek at Jim's site. Enjoy!!!
