Okay - so maybe you are one of those people that don't care to eat tomatoes, but seriously - don't these look yummy? My kids are all into ketchup and tomato sauce - so why not the real thing? Clams..........

SO many ways you can enjoy Seafood and this clam dish is amazing. There are multiple recipes that can all be found through the Boston Globe Sunday magazine and many of the shots paired with these recipes have been shot by Jim. This long standing relationship has been amazing and constantly allows for Jim to work a creative partnership with the Globe creative staff, Adam Reid who develops the recipes and our food stylists. Pink Chicken......

Carrie finished this work for Pink Chicken and it was a blast.............ton of fun and the owner of the Farm really "wanted" to paint the chicken. Of course, it's non-toxic dye that washes out - so no worries, but still.........how cool is that???

Mondays are tough, especially after a bit of a vacation.........don't you think? There is a certain sense of OMG - I have so much to do and then a little bit of............ah, just got my batteries charged and I am ready to go! I think at the moment - I am feeling a little bit of both - it will all happen and get done and we will all be better for it if we just say -

Noodle Organization..................

Noodle Organization 2.0 It seems as though we've been getting tons of inspiration from pasta in the studio recently. (It's killing me not to make an "oodles" reference here.) First, Jim had fun with a conceptual spring soba which will be printed in the next at-edge publication. Then, he teamed up with prop stylist Beth Wickwire and food stylist Catrine Kelty to create this novel means of keeping our fettucine and spaghetti in good order.
